Cy Wilson

I have spent my life centered around athletics and developing a healthy lifestyle. In addition to growing up in a family owned gym, I have a B.S. in Kinesiology, am a Ceritfied Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and have 7+ years full time coaching and training experience. My mission as a coach is to be able to serve anybody that comes through the door looking to become the best version of themselves. I've produced multiple scholarship D1 athletes, helped clients build muscle and lose fat, aided in grandmothers reclaiming their mobility and livelyhood, and so many people of different backgrounds become better versions of themselves. We don't just train our bodies in the gym, but so our best to address as many facets of our lives as possible.

Ultimately, I have been a coach for so long and continue to do so because the Lord has placed me here to serve my community by overflowing from my passions, a blessing and responsibility I am incredibly grateful to embrace.

I have been training in Abilene for 2 years. During that time I've had the opportunity to train clients from the ages of 20 to 90 these include moms post pregnancy, Military Reserves, those suffering from nervous system disorders, cancer survivors and those currently in treatment, and others looking to improve the quality of every day life. Along with training at Firehouse I also train at Abilene's only free training center for cancer survivors, Strength for Life. I am a certified personal trainer as well as a certified nutrition coach. I truly have a passion for showing clients how strong they can be within the 4 walls of the gym and how that transfers to their everyday lives.

Devon Azcuy

I became a certified USAPL club coach almost two years ago. I graduated high school at 130 pounds and did not feel good about myself. Ten years later I put on over 50 pounds and I actively compete and train athletes in the USA Powerlifting (USAPL) organization. I grew up in Poughkeepsie, New York and came to Abilene in 2014 when I got stationed at Dyess AFB. I am still on Active-Duty, and currently have several Active-Duty members competing in the USAPL. I have had a variety of clients in my time from young high school athletes to clients in their late 60’s trying to sustain and regain their mobility & strength. The greatest lesson I learned as a coach is the little things matter. My focus is to help my clients realize how the most minor changes can make all the difference in attaining your fitness goals. Give me a call and ask about my military and first responder discount!

Each program is 100% tailored to the individual clients needs and can range from weight loss, weight gain, maintenance, endurance, or strength. Whatever your goals, we will crush them TOGETHER!

Shacoya Jackson

I have been interested in fitness all of my life. I started being interested in training once I saw how much it helped me manage my postpartum depression without medication. My ultimate goal with every client is not only to help them reach whatever fitness goals they have set, but also give them healthy lifestyle tools they can continue to use throughout their life. I have experience in just about everything from student athletes to muscle building and fat loss, but would say that I specialize in older clients. Whatever your goals, I can help just give me a call!

Samantha Kerber

I decided to become a personal trainer after years of being overweight and unhappy. In my high school years I was active in sports because it was something I loved. Life happened and I quit working out, ate lots of fast food and had two wonderful kids. After years of coming up with every excuse I finally put my foot down and turned to the one thing I had always enjoyed doing. Now, having emerged on the other side and achieved my goals, I want to use my skills, my experience, and my own journey to help other women.

I care about my clients, and there’s nothing more important to me than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy, confident and strong. I want to be there for those who want to bring about change. I want to help you discover the benefits of training, and I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
